Hannah Barraza

Hannah Barraza — Acting Chief Executive Officer

With over 14 years’ experience across the property sector, government leadership and the legal sector, Hannah brings a strong focus on strategic delivery and commercial rigour. She has led large, complex capital programs and is experienced in governance, risk management, due diligence, business cases and feasibility, stakeholder negotiation, and budget and resource planning. Hannah’s background spans established property, land development and off-the-plan projects, with experience in both local and national markets.

Carly Beh

Carly Beh — Chief Financial Officer

Carly is an experienced finance leader with over a decade across both the public and private sectors. She joined LDC in 2016 and has progressed through key finance roles, bringing strong capability in financial governance, reporting and commercial decision support. Her background includes financial accounting and audit, and she is a member of CPA Australia. Carly holds qualifications in Business (Accounting) and Law, supporting her practical, compliance-minded approach to public value and commercial outcomes.

Michael Visentin

Michael Visentin — Acting Executive Director, Projects

Michael has worked in development and project maanagement since 2007, with deep experience across land development, commercial construction and residential building projects for both government and private sector clients. Since joining LDC in 2017, he has led and contributed across a range of major Territory projects, bringing practical delivery focus and strong coordination across stakeholders. Michael holds degrees in Construction Management and Design (Architecture).

Tammy Caulfield

Tammy Caulfield — Executive Officer

Tammy brings broad operational leadership across executive support, human resources, recruitment and sales management, with a strong focus on client relationships, compliance and team development. Before joining LDC, she held senior roles across the construction and workforce services sectors, combining people leadership with commercial delivery. Tammy holds a range of vocational certifications and is active in the construction industry community, including leadership roles supporting women in construction.
