Construction of Stage 2A is progressing towards delivery of serviced lots by the end of June 2026, with titles to follow surveying and statutory approvals.
At Holtze Industrial Estate, land preparation works are close to completion, with some delays in the detention basin due to wet ground conditions. Stormwater, water and electrical works are well advanced, with services nearing completion and electrical works around 60% complete.
Prolonged wet weather has affected productivity, with practical completion now forecast for the end of June 2026.
